Rahavard Kavian International Industrial Production Company (Kavianco ltd.) was established in 2021, with the aim of supplying and producing industrial parts for metallurgical and cement factories of Iran. Cooperating with Amir Kabir University of Technology , we provide high quality products and have been able successfully to meet the growing demand of high-quality hydraulic jacks and bearings.
Kavianco Ltd. with its extensive facilities and communications has been able to quickly and on time supply all spare parts of machineries and equipment for factories and production lines.
Our active representative offices in Germany, Italy, Austria, Bulgaria, Turkey, UAE, Oman and China, enable us to handle the delivery of all required parts and accessories by air, sea and land.
Our company has been established with the aim of domestic production and supply of the most widely used items in the metallurgical, cement and mining industries.
One of the policies of Kavianco Ltd. is to use the available potentials of industrial production of our local companies. We are currently cooperating with 16 industrial companies that are active in the fields of casting, forging, turning, hardening and plating. We plan to be a leader in the production and supply of industrial bearings and hydraulic jacks with high efficiency throughout Iran. Having managers with more than 30 years of experience in customer services in this industry, our company has a great progress in the distribution of various OEM products, therefore we are be able to meet the growing demand of steel, cement and mining industries.

Our projects:
Kavianco Ltd. has a license to produce various types of conveyor belts for the cement, mining and metallurgy industries. Our goal is to produce a variety of double-layer, three-layer, four-layer and five-layer conveyor belts from 50 to 120 cm wide and steel cord conveyor belts with the latest international standards and the national standard of Iran. Conveyor belt production technology will be transferred to Iran by one of the famous European companies.
Another project is the production and overhaul of hydraulic jacks for material mills, cement mills and grid coolers which is managed in collaboration with Amir Kabir University of Technology. These hydraulic jacks and repair jacks are complied with German standards.
Sample of material mill jack with 250 bar internal diameter 400 mm, external diameter 550 mm, displacement course 550 mm, in the open state with a length of 3 meters and in the closed state 1.7 meters with an approximate weight of 2 tons is one of the products of our team and has been delivered to Cement Company Bushehr and is working.
Supply and production of large size bearings and high-demanding bearings for heavy industries and mines are other main goals of this company. In this regard, we have signed an agreement with Amir Kabir University of Technology to supply and produce these bearings. Raw materials, including alloy steel, are supplied from European countries. All production stages are evaluated and controlled by experts.
